Individual lessons

To acquire the basics and sufficient confidence to be independent and master this water sport, at least one individual lesson is necessary where the technical, practical and theoretical skills of SUP will be taught. After the first lesson you can decide whether to improve and continue with other lessons and/or participate in small training groups. Minimum 1, maximum 3 participants.

to improve and keep in training it is possible to participate in courses for both adults and boys and girls aged 8 and up.

Excursions

Tour with naturalistic guide

SUP excursion, conducted by Cooperativa Alkémica, departing from Lake Superior, Borgo Angeli area. The Mincio right near this area widens to form a unique habitat, which hosts a very rich biodiversity, protected by the Valli del Mincio Nature Reserve: in particular you can observe, from a safe and respectful distance, THE HERONSHARD OF THE RED HERONS, where they nest numerous pairs of Ardeidae.

Sunset, full moon and starry night

SUP excursions that combine sport, fun and relaxation. Immersed in nature you can observe the solar and lunar cycle in its most suggestive moments where the landscape becomes poetry.

Fitness

It is possible to practice physical activity on the SUP such as yoga, pilates and fitness in general. It is a stability exercise that strengthens the sense of balance and tone of the body thanks to the board floating on the water. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, exercise becomes relaxing and regenerating.

Out of town tours

Various tours are organized to get to know other places where you can practice SUP by experiencing different waters and different landscapes: Po River, Lake Garda, Sile, the Mincio River departing from Pozzolo, Goito, Rivalta and other destinations waiting to be discovered.

Cleaning exercises

for the association it is very important to contribute to the protection of the Mincio river and respect for nature. Thanks to the ease of maneuvering of the table, it is possible to get very close to the bank and collect waste stuck in the vegetation. Participants will be equipped with gloves, plastic bag and net.

Comeradovera

excursion to discover the Rio in the heart of the city of Mantua in collaboration with the Giulio Romano fishmongers foundation, the Friends of Palazzo Te and the Mantua Museums. Sebastiano Bertoni tells the story and the project of the Foundation. A part of the fee will be donated to the Foundation to continue the realization of the project
